JUSTICE 4 ME (Pty) Ltd is incorporated under the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (South Africa) and conducts business as a legal-technology company — not as a law firm or legal practitioner.

We build self-help software that helps South Africans prepare and file their own civil matters — starting with uncontested divorce. We align with the Legal Practice Council's framework for technology that supports self-represented litigants: procedural empowerment, not legal advice or representation.

• Sign-in required. Case workspaces, uploads, and drafts are only available to authenticated users. Unauthenticated visitors cannot browse your library.
• Row-level security (RLS). In our database, every case, document, and draft row is tied to your user ID. Postgres policies enforce that only you (and platform admins for support) can read your rows — even if someone guesses a case URL.
• Private file storage. Uploaded evidence lives in a private Supabase Storage bucket — not on the public web.
• Email verification. New accounts must confirm email before the trial clock starts — reducing fake signups and account takeover risk.
• Human checks on public forms. Contact, counsel referral, and newsletter signups use Cloudflare Turnstile when configured — blocking automated scraping without intrusive puzzles.

Auth is powered by Supabase Auth (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect–compatible). Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies via industry-standard SSR patterns — not localStorage tokens.
