• Rename PDFs for CaseLines: lowercase, FA-prefixed annexures (Annexure FA1, FA2…). ALL-CAPS or "ANNEXURE A.pdf" is a common bounce.
• Diary substituted-service proof if personal service failed — cite the rule and attach the sheriff's return, not just "could not find respondent".
