Maintenance Court
- Form A application — attach birth certificate and proof of expenses.
- Means enquiry: disclose income, assets, and reasonable needs.
- Existing orders can be varied when circumstances change.
Rule 43 (divorce pending)
Interim maintenance, contact, and contribution to costs while divorce proceeds. File notice of motion and founding affidavit in the divorce action.
